Binar Academy wants to fill the gap between supply and demand of talents in the tech landscape. Binar believes that everyone has the opportunity to get a better career in this field. They also believe that learning and implementing existing knowledge can be fun. The goal is to maximize the process by investing through the implementation of the resume builder, courses, and job portal features.
Solutions we provide
Inclusiveness is a value that Kinobi sees when working with Binar. They are an academy that shows genuine care about their students regardless of their background. We wanted to personalize the journey of creating a resume by following the circumstances of Binar’s current students.
Not only that, we also prepared online through quizzes that designed to evaluate and reward students’ hard work. Binar also collaborates with more than 65+ companies to ensure that every student can enter the workforce sooner.
Using Kinobi’s platform, Binar Academy and their partner companies can establish a smoother workflow to publish current vacancies to Binar’s students.
Impacts we’ve made
Binar Academy, with its vision to empower their students to work in tech, has succeeded in attracting 800+ of their students to use, utilize, and even actively explore the whitelabel platform we provided. Students are also quite active in applying for jobs included in the platform.
